Crow Exterminator

Thanks Lacey *and Jackie* for the scarecrow advice.
I've been out and bought the outfit. (Oh yeh I wish I looked THAT GOOD). And I'm putting my writing DOUBTFEST behind me. Time to get tuff.
The crofter book is coming out of the dusty suitcase again. Bang Bang Mr Crow!

Sending hugs and love your way.
You have written a book.
Finished it.
Written the words.Edited them - then sent your babies into the world.
Then done it again.
And again.
The creation part is the journey and is its own reward and has probably changed your life no matter what.

Believe. You know why you want to be a published writer - unique to you - and you have the self belief to do it.

And we all have to be gentle with ourselves some times when we want to beat ourselves up.
I have just had chocolate. It is past one and I have not written a single word.
And you know what? That is okay.
I want to be in the moment. only onwards, hopefully enjoying the journey.
Take care and dust off the suitcase

Nina Harrington. You are a marvel. And you are also right. It's a slog for everyone at times, but the views make the journey more than worth it. Take this heartfelt cyber eclair (made by Eddler's divine bakery)from me and enjoy. You're a diamond. jx

Your scarecrow is much better than mine! Big hugs and congrats on shooting those crows. Nina had some great advice. Think I'll take it too.

Ooh, Judy, I'm sending you lots of hugs.

I'm so proud of you for killing those crows and getting back onto that horse. The M&B journey is, imho, one of the hardest to endure.

Here's to never giving up on our shared dream (and what a fab one it is!). We'll do it - eventually.

Lots of love,

Sue xx
