Aaaargh!

It's half term! Run for the hills!

No seriously. I love my kids to pieces. But...what about the writing, people? It drives mommy a leeetle bit bonkers when she can't get her fix. And tomorrow Daddy is leaving the house at five to work in London so we're talking hardcore. Pass the smelling salts.

I know I'm being pathetic but this is my blog so it's allowed.

I think Daddy owes you one...

Don't worry, Judy, soon you will have some lovely work heading your way from Embrace to take your mind off the kids.

But not quite yet. Plenty of time to enjoy their antics in the meantime.

Not pathetic, Judy, am quivering with trepidation here too. But we survived the summer didn't we?

Solidarity, my sweetness. And notebooks by the stove. And wine.

Lots of love,

Rach.

I know I say it all the time, but they grow up too fast, so take a deep breath and enjoy them while they're wee.

I've got half term coming up next week. I hate being out of my usual routine. Although Suz is right, and I do love them all ... but I also love my writing time too :-)

Know exactly how you feel, but mine's 16 now and as my writing time is first thing in the morning, and no 16 year old emerges before 10am I'm safe! It's nearly 6am here in London on the first day of the half term week and the rain is absolutely chucking it down. Hope for the sake of your sanity, your week is much drier.....
