Sorry for my absence. But I've lost half a stone and that takes work! And patience. And evading the biscuit tin and going out and shaking my thang to shift the weight.
It's a bit like writing. Though probably a bit more active. And actually ... the shaking the thang part helps me work out bits where I've gone wrong with the writing.
So I've been writing again too - where I can fit it in. Which is good!
